How does booking with us work?

Step 1: Discover

Select your preferred retreat week, room and any additional items.

Step 2: Make a reservation

A refundable deposit of 25% of the final amount is required to secure your place. This is refundable only if the retreat does not get guaranteed. Retreats are guaranteed once we have enough bookings meet our minimum group size.

If you book an already guaranteed retreat, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Step 3: Instant confirmation

On payment of your deposit, your reservation will be confirmed instantly.

The remaining balance will be charged once the retreat becomes guaranteed. At this point, Play All Day will contact you to inform that you have 48 hours to pay the final balance on your booking. You will not be charged the final balance until the retreat becomes guaranteed.

A booking reservation is made with us when you pay us a deposit (or full payment if you are booking a guaranteed retreat) and we issue you with a booking confirmation. We reserve the right to return your deposit and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute discretion. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with a booking confirmation confirming the details of your booking.

FAQ

What is a guaranteed retreat?

A retreat becomes guaranteed once the minimum group size has been met. With guaranteed retreats:

* there is no cancellation

* there are no changes in itinerary, schedule, instructor, venue or dates

What happens if a retreat does not become guaranteed?

If the minimum group size has not been met, the retreat will not be guaranteed and may be cancelled. Guests who have paid deposits and completed reservations will be contacted and offered alternative options or a refund of their deposit.

Any travel costs will not be reimbursed. Travel insurance is recommended.

How will I know when my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive an email once your reservation has been confirmed. All Play All Day retreats offer instant booking confirmation.

What happens after my reservation is confirmed?

After your reservation is confirmed, our customer support team will get in touch once the retreat has become guaranteed. You will be notified at this point and informed that you have 48 hours to make the payment of your final balance on your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Once the retreat is guaranteed, all payments are final and nonrefundable. Bookings are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Participants are required to purchase travel, medical, and cancellation insurance for protection against any circumstances that might require cancellation or change of travel arrangements. Please review our cancellation policy.

Can I transfer my payment to a different retreat?

While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, please note that our nonrefundable cancellation policy extends to any modifications or changes made to your booking. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds or credits will be issued for any adjustments. Play All Day reserve the right to make discretionary changes on a case by case basis. If you feel this applies to you, contact our team and we will review your request.

Will I receive a full refund if a guaranteed retreat is canceled by Play All Day?

If the retreat is canceled due to force majeure events or circumstances out of Play All Day’s control, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund the total cost of the retreat.

Any travel costs will not be reimbursed. Travel insurance is recommended.

What if I need special assistance?

Should you need any special assistance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is mandatory for all Play All Day travellers. Participants are required to purchase travel, medical, and cancellation insurance for protection against any circumstances that might require cancellation or change of travel arrangements. We strongly advise that your chosen policy provides cover against lost or delayed baggage, loss of personal belongings, trip cancellation, trip interruption, accidents, illness, injury, medical expenses, death, and emergency repatriation.

What if I get ill or injured on the trip and cannot continue?

Our partners on the ground are well trained to deal with these situations. In the unfortunate event that you get ill or injured, they will get you help as quickly as possible and make sure you have all the care you need. Your travel insurance should cover any costs incurred by illness and injury interruptions.

Can I opt out of certain activities?

Of course. If your desired retreat offers some included or optional activities that you don’t want to participate in, you can opt out and do your own thing instead. If you choose to skip a certain activity or excursion, please note that included activities will not be reimbursed. Please let your facilitators know that you will want to opt out of specific activities beforehand.

Field Kit responsibility & care.

Any losses or damages, excluding normal wear and tear, to the Field Kit and any of its contents will be the responsibility of the guest and charged to their payment method on file.

General Booking Conditions

These Booking Conditions, together with our privacy policy and where your holiday is booked via our website, our Website Terms of Service, together with any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, form the basis of your contract with Play All Day Ltd of Limassol Ave 146, Flat E2, 2015 Demos Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus, (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred. By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

A: he/she has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;

B: he/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements);

C: he/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;

d he/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking and any additional charges on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.

Play All Day reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior causes damage, disruption, or interferes with the retreat and other guests' happiness and wellbeing. In such a case, Play All Day would be under no obligation to return the cost of the unused portion of the guest’s retreat.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure the sustainability of our retreats and maintain the quality of services provided.

Please review our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Nonrefundable booking:

Booking deposits paid in advance of the retreat being guaranteed shall be refunded if the retreat does not reach a guaranteed status.

All completed bookings are nonrefundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, it is considered final. 
In the event of cancellation, regardless of the reason, no refunds will be granted.

Cancellation insurance:


Participants are required to purchase travel, medical, and cancellation insurance for protection against any circumstances that might require cancellation or change of travel arrangements. This insurance should cover any potential losses incurred due to cancellation or no-show, including but not limited to medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances. We are not affiliated with any travel insurance providers. It is your responsibility to secure appropriate insurance coverage that includes trip cancellation and interruption protection. We highly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your chosen insurance provider to understand the coverage and claim process.

Documentation assistance:

We will gladly provide the essential documentation to support refund claims with the insurance provider.

Booking modifications:


While we understand that unexpected situations may arise, please note that our nonrefundable policy extends to any modifications or changes made to your booking. Once the retreat is guaranteed, booking is confirmed and the final balance payment is made, no refunds or credits will be issued for any adjustments.

Transferability:

In certain cases, we may allow clients to transfer their bookings to suitable replacements of their choice. However, please note that this transfer is subject to approval. To maintain the quality of the retreat experience for all participants and contribute to meaningful interactions during the retreat, we kindly request that any potential replacements share similar interests and possess familiarity with the retreats we operate. If you find a replacement whom you believe would be a suitable fit, please reach out to us with their details. Our team will review the information provided and make a decision accordingly. Please keep in mind that the final approval of any transfer remains at our discretion, as we strive to create a cohesive and enriching environment for all participants.

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing the details of our cancellation policy and purchasing appropriate cancellation insurance to protect your investment. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept our nonrefundable cancellation policy.
