REFUND, REPAIR & WARRANTY POLICY
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact help@goplayallday.com and we will do our best to help. To be eligible for a return, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will send you details for returning at that time and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you need to exchange or would like a different product, the same conditions apply.
Refunds (if applicable)
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Limited Warranty
Play All Day warrants all newly purchased products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years following the product’s purchase date by the owner. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse of the product, or any unauthorised modification of the product’s hardware or firmware.
Play All Day reserves the right to determine what qualifies as misuse at their discretion. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:
Damage to the product caused by excessive physical force
Exposure to extreme heat or moisture
Improperly connecting the product to a power supply or other misuse of the product
Issues related to third party products
The customer must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) for the warranty to be honoured. The product warranty may be transferred from one owner to another within the warranty period, send an email to help@goplayallday.com to let us know if you would like to do this.
Repairs
To return a product for repair, please e-mail help@goplayallday.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) with our address, or that of a local authorised repair centre. Be sure to properly package your product, and clearly mark the RMA number on the box before shipping your product. Failure to adequately protect and package a product during shipping will void any remaining warranty.
Products not under warranty may be repaired, we’ll let you know costs depending on the issue. Play All Day reserves the right to refuse to repair any product not covered by warranty at their discretion.
The owner is responsible for any shipping fees necessary to send the product to Play All Day. Play All Day will pay for shipping fees required to return the product to the owner or retailer.
